About the Event

Teen Challenge Adventure Ranch is a non-profit residential therapy program for teen boys. For more than 50 years, we’ve been helping families navigate challenges like substance abuse, addiction, mental health, difficult behavior, self-harm, and suicidal risk.

For nearly as many years, ranch life and horses have been a big part of how we help teens overcome life controlling challenges. As our program has evolved, we’ve embraced equine-assisted psychotherapy as a key pillar in facilitating recovery and in 2023 we broke ground on a new equestrian facility to house that part of our program.

We are excited to share that the equestrian center is now finished. The cowboy roundup will serve as a kick-off event to share this new facility with our community. We have invited a professional clinicians, horsemen, friends, and family to help us celebrate this milestone with a variety of activities that will appeal to everyone.

Among the useful and fun activities, the Cowboy Roundup will serve as a fundraiser to help families with teens in crisis get the help they need.
